Terms & Conditions
By booking and using services provided by Compliance One Labs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
Compliance One Labs provides mobile drug testing, DNA testing, and related services in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards.
Appointments & Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Reschedule requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a $50.00 rescheduling fee.
No Call / No Show
Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice will be required to pay for a new test to schedule another appointment.
Mobile Services
Compliance One Labs provides mobile services and travels to client locations. Clients are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for testing. Mobile service fees are non-refundable once an appointment is scheduled.
Testing & Results
All testing is conducted in accordance with industry standards. Laboratory testing is performed by accredited third-party laboratories.
Compliance One Labs is not responsible for delays in laboratory processing times. Results are provided for their intended purpose only, and it is the client’s responsibility to select the appropriate test type.
Confidentiality
All client information and test results are handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with applicable privacy standards.
Limitation of Liability
Compliance One Labs shall not be held liable for any decisions made based on test results or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Agreement
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and all related policies.
