Third-Party Laboratories
We partner with accredited third-party laboratories for testing services. While we ensure proper collection and handling procedures, Compliance One Labs is not responsible for laboratory processing times or delays.

Mobile service fees are non-refundable once an appointment is scheduled.
Refund Policy
At Compliance One Labs, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.
If a reschedule request is made less than 48 hours before the appointment, a $50.00 rescheduling fee will apply.
No Call / No Show
Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice will be required to pay for a new test to reschedule services.
Services Rendered
Once a service has been performed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Laboratory Testing
Once a sample has been collected and/or submitted to the laboratory, no refunds will be issued.
